Welcome to our daycare program! We've designed a comprehensive process to ensure your dog has the best possible experience. Follow these steps to get started with our daycare services and join our happy dog family.

All vaccine records must be submitted and approved before your first visit. Please allow time for processing when scheduling your appointment.
Our Evaluation Process
After health records are submitted, we begin our comprehensive evaluation process
Submit Health Records
Email or fax all required vaccine records and negative fecal check
Create Gingr Profile
Set up your account in our scheduling system to manage appointments and services (we can help if needed)
Owner Interview
We conduct a background interview about your dog's past experiences and preferences
Two 4-Hour Evaluation Visits
Gradual introduction to our facility while we observe your dog's responses and preferences
Assessment & Report Card
Receive your dog's evaluation report card and personalized recommendations. If accepted, make reservations based on your membership type
